Unleaded fuel prices on the island of Lānaʻi reached $6.39 a gallon on Monday, January 24, 2022. Approximately 10,000 gallons of fuel is used in personal automobiles on the island each week. Healthy competition is needed to drive the cost of fuel down. Lets stand together and take action to create a diversified fuel industry for our community. Contact your representative today and ask them to seek funding to provide more alternative fuel options to rural communities.
